Effective Date: 1 April 2026
By accessing or using AcctBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
AcctBridge is a cloud-based Developer API Gateway providing ISVs, system integrators, and developers with secure REST API access to on-premise SQL Accounting and AutoCount Accounting installations. Any API call made to api.acctbridge.com/v1/... is securely routed through a Cloudflare Tunnel to the selected tenant accounting instance. No VPN, no static IP, no port forwarding required.
New accounts may start with 30 days of free access for a supported SQL Accounting or AutoCount installation. Any paid plan, billing period, included accounting instances, taxes, and payment terms must be confirmed in writing or displayed in the billing portal before paid access starts.
Custom or multi-instance rollouts are handled through a written agreement that defines scope, support coverage, and commercial terms.
Payment may be processed through PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer, Stripe, or another approved payment method. Paid access starts only after payment is confirmed and the tenant plan is activated. Automated retries, cancellation timing, and refunds apply only where an online subscription processor is active; otherwise they are handled manually according to the agreed billing period.
Cancel through the billing portal where available, or contact support for manual billing arrangements. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Refund handling follows the paid plan or written agreement that applies to the account. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
AcctBridge is proprietary software. You retain ownership of your business data. We claim no ownership over data passing through the Service.
AcctBridge's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then referred to the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
